Reconciliation Service - Friday 1st June

Back in our beautiful church after the roof tiling was completed and dedicating our Ecumenical service to reconciliation. We brought in gum blossoms to decorate the church.

That's Katie Wise's painting 'Healing' at the altar and Robyn Davis' painting 'Echidna in the Bush' at the rail. The other painting is one I bought in an op shop. I would love to find out more about it. I can't make out the signature. Probably my best ever op shop buy.

No time for the Johnny Cakes for morning tea but macadamia nuts make good bush tucker food. Some of the congregation asked if we could leave them up for Sunday. That is certainly worth considering. We can use those beautiful prayers again.
