On Sunday 17th we had a wonderful visit from David and Yvonne Spitteler to tell us about the Refugee Centre in Dandenong. David used the parable of the mustard seed in the day’s reading to talk about the growth of his ministry to Refugees. The centre provides a free op shop, people to counsel and bibles and DVD’s of Luke’s Gospel in 32 languages for those who want them. They now have 464 clients on their books. Members of our craft group presented David and Yvonne with hand crafted rugs for the Refugee Centre.
